A large, round loaf made with no sugar, due to long rise time. A simple, yet delicious loaf cooked in cast iron with unbleached white flour, salt, yeast, and wheat germ. It has a very moist center and chewy crust. $5.75

Milwaukee Rye Bread
Long, oblong loaves or large oval loaves with an egg white glaze. This is a sourdough loaf, made with a sponge instead of a starter, with orange zest and caraway seeds. $4
Sesame Nut Bread
Flavorful and rich sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds are incorporated into this loaf. It is sweetened with honey (no sugar) and filled with walnuts. Sesame is also sprinkled on top before cooking. $4.50
Triple Wheat Multigrain Bread
This outstanding and healthy bread contains cracked wheat, stone-ground whole wheat, wheat germ, sunflower, and sesame. It is sweetened with honey and molasses. $5
Sunflower Wheat Bread
There is no white flour at all in this loaf. 100% whole wheat flour and sunflower seeds predominate, with buttermilk and honey for sweetener. $4.50

Made with rolled oats and sweetened with pure maple syrup. $4.50

Made for weddings and other occasions.
